Now that the weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and there’s more vitamin D available (you know..the sun…longer days…more sunlight) it’s a good time to get out and absorb natures medicine. Being outdoors for even 20 minutes can greatly improve mood, energy, and all around sense of well-being. For those who are struggling with the blues, being outside is like free anti-depressant. So if depression has you down…get up, get out, and get your sunshine on.
