When the going gets depressing….

…the depressed go to the beach! Well, at least that’s one option. Now that the weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and there’s more vitamin D available (you know..the sun…longer days…more sunlight) it’s a good time to get out and absorb natures medicine. Being outdoors for even 20 minutes can greatly improve mood, energy, and all around sense of well-being. For those who are struggling with the blues, being outside is like free anti-depressant. So if depression has you down…get up, get out, and get your sunshine on.
